Our story

After working as corporate lawyers, Jacques and Isabelle founded the professional training company  E.L.I. LTD in 2004 in London. 

In 2010, Isabelle served as a manager at a staffing agency in France. The pair then pursued their recruitment careers at renowned headhunting firms in London.

In 2014, they created MindSearch, a company specializing in “Rec2Rec,” a direct approach aimed at recruiting recruitment professionals for recruitment agencies.

After launching the concept on the French market, they were approached by a staffing agency to help develop its business first in the UK and Switzerland and then in France.

Thanks to their multicultural and bilingual backgrounds, Jacques and Isabelle help their clients overcome language barriers while expanding their activity in Europe and benefit from partners who perfectly understand the needs of their business.
