Former corporate lawyers, Jacques and Isabelle created the professional training company ELI Ltd in 2004 in London . In 2010, Isabelle joined a temporary work group in France as Agency Manager. They continued their career in recruitment within renowned headhunting firms in London.
In 2014, they created MindSearch . The firm initially specialized in "Rec to Rec", an Anglo‑Saxon concept which consists of recruiting by direct approach of recruitment consultants for recruitment firms.
They imported the concept to the French market and extended their services to temporary employment companies by specializing in the recruitment of their permanent employees in France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium and Italy.
With a network of candidates mainly from temporary work and recruitment, MindSearch is expanding its offer to other sectors in order to respond to the desire of many candidates to position themselves in sectors parallel (such as training, equipment rental, etc.) but also to offer companies a large pool of qualified candidates with skills and networks transferable to their activity
With this extensive experience, the MindSearch team is now using its know‑how and experience to serve other sectors of activity.
The founders' multicultural and bilingual expertise allows, among other things, MindSearch's clients to overcome the language barrier in their expansion projects in Europe and to rely on a partnership with contacts who master and understand their business.
